Privacy notice (waitlist)
Your info, plainly
Last updated November 4, 2026. NumbersDone LLC.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist: your name, email, what you do, crew size, and (if you choose) what you use for bookkeeping today. We also record that you agreed to be contacted and when.
We do not ask for tax IDs, bank details or phone numbers. We do not store your IP address with your signup. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person; Cloudflare processes technical data to do that.
Why
To tell you when your spot is ready, send occasional NumbersDone updates, and understand who we are building for (we look at totals, not individuals).
What we don't do
We never sell or rent your information. No ad trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after we last contacted you, whichever comes first.
Delete or change your info
Email hello@numbersdone.com with "delete" or "update" and we'll do it within 30 days. Every email we send also has an opt-out.
